Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to work with our existing clients and our new prospects to Unlock their Potential with HubSpot CRM Enterprise.


You will be responsible for defining advanced technical solutions, using HubSpot as the core platform to help our clients solve for their customers.

You will work with our sales team to understand complex client needs and explain potential solutions to clients pre-sale, as well as being accountable for designing technical solutions with the client and our delivery team and supporting them post-sale.

You will work be a core member of our team of world-class HubSpot experts here, and engage with expert teams at HubSpot that are only available to an Elite HubSpot partner.

The solutions you will architect, will cover advanced configuration and customisation of HubSpot, integrations of third party systems, and design of the implementation project to enable successful adoption by the client, so that they hit heir business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define advanced technical solutions, using HubSpot, to solve our clients complex challenges
  • Become a HubSpot product and technical subject matter expert
  • Proactively identify integration and technical architecture opportunities and make recommendations for customers to grow deeper with HubSpot
  • Create proof of concepts to demonstrate solution viability
  • Define long term technical and strategic platform roadmaps to help our clients integrate HubSpot deeper into their technology stack
  • Manage the execution of the roadmap
  • Communicate and build relationships with senior technical and business customer stakeholders
  • Drive critical KPIs including integrations, usage, engagement and services and partner attach rates

  • Have the ability to engage with customers at all levels of their organisation, from the C-suite to the technical, revenue and marketing operations teams

Professional Skills/ Abilities:

  • Highly Technical: Deep technical architecture experience; the ability to integrate complex systems; understand the concepts of how API connections work and be able to use them to manage the flow of data; think critically about the customer use case and be able to design a system to solve for that use case; and comfortability with integrations systems and design;
  • Demonstrable experience in customer-facing, solutions architect or solution consulting role
