Preparing for a move from a different CRM to Hubspot CRM - usually this will be with clients that have made the decision to move to the Hubspot CRM. It is unlikely they will be implementing marketing.

Prior to engaging with a new CRM implementation, this process is vital to give an understanding of the complexity involved and the impact on time and billing.

Step 1 of the process

Inform the client of the need to conduct a review of their current CRM use. Schedule a 2 hour CRM discovery session.

Step 2 of the process

Conduct the session using the 'CRM discovery Discussion and question set' as a guideline.

Step 3 of the process

Document the findings and feedback to the client.

Step 4 of the process

Schedule and conduct a 30 minute feedback session with BBQ sales to define expected complexity and help define pricing model.
