Step 1 of the process

Accountable Manager to re-review the proposal to familiarise themselves again with the budget, goals, deliverables and timeline.

Step 2 of the process

Strategist to complete the campaign centre process, obtaining approval internally and from the client.

Step 3 of the process

Strategist to notify the Project Manager following the approval, so they can update the project management tool.

Step 4 of the process

Project Manager to regularly check in with the client delivery team to ensure the deliverables are on track. Raising any issues to the Accountable Manager. 

Step 5 of the process

Client Delivery team to follow the Client strategy cycle, updating the client delivery team during the Monday morning briefings. 

If there are any issues during the quarterly delivery phase, the 'Escalation Process' must be followed.

Follow the 'Renewal/Exit Process' during the final quarter of the proposal.

If there is a potential upsell opportunity at any point during the quarterly phase, the delivery team must liaise with the Sales Manager.
