Each quarter we create a proposed plan and presentation deck for the client. Before this and before the internal meeting to discuss the client, you should do some analysis so you have a clear overview of the account status.

Step 1 of the process

Look at the KPIs in the campaign centre, note any positives/negatives/oddities that need to be investigated further.

Step 2 of the process

Check any dashboards which are set up in HubSpot, note any positives/negatives/oddities that need to be investigated further.

Step 3 of the process

Check the traffic analytics for the whole quarter and the past year to get an idea of wider trends, note any positives/negatives/oddities that need to be investigated further.

Step 4 of the process

Spend up to an hour running further reports or digging into areas which you have noted down in the previous steps. (Suggested reports include: SEMrush, GA, Seventhsense).

Step 5 of the process

Review the snag list to see if there are ideas logged there that should be considered/incorporated into the next quarter. 

Step 6 of the process

Discuss any findings with the rest of the client team and ask for their feedback and insight.
