We kick off some new clients with a dedicated strategy phase made up of a series of workshops, giving us the information, insight, expectations, and inspiration we need to create an inbound plan tailored to each client’s business and goals. 

Step 1 of the process

Strategist to review the proposal to understand which workshops are to be run and the timing.  

Step 2 of the process

Project Manager to liaise with the client and Strategist to schedule in the workshops and request any materials or access to be sent or completed prior to the workshops. I.e. access to Hubspot portal, complete buyer persona questionnaire, share brand guidelines. 

Step 3 of the process

Strategist to confirm attendees required at each workshop. This must take into account the value of the retainer. If it is £4,000 per month retainer, there should only be 2 people per workshop. £6,000 you may require more expertise and therefore 3 people maximum per workshop.

Step 4 of the process

Project Manager to schedule workshops in google calendar include a description of the session, book a meeting room, gather any equipment i.e. post its, pens.

Step 5 of the process

Project Manager to check dietary requirements and order lunch.

Step 6 of the process

Strategist and any supporting Strategists to complete the relevant workshop templates and run the workshops.

Step 7 of the process

Strategist to update notes, liaise with supporting Strategist or Consultant where necessary. If there are any gaps, follow up with the client. The Strategist may require homework to be completed before moving onto the next step. 

Step 8 of the process

Strategist to create an Inbound plan.

Follow the process for 'Creating the 12-Month Inbound Plan.'

Step 9 of the process

Strategist to share the Inbound plan with the client.

Once the inbound plan has been approved, the client lead should create the first 90-day activity plan. Follow the process for 'Creating a 90-Day Activity Plan,' (if mentioned in the proposal that this is required.)
