HubSpot Sales: How to use HubSpot to track leads on your website

Enable notifications for conversions and when leads revisit your website.

Act on live data to ensure no sales opportunities get missed by configuring HubSpot so that conversions and lead revisit notifications are delivered direct to you.

Step 1:

Start by going to your Settings tab and then Notifications. Click Website visits in order to see what options are available for you.

Step 2:

You can choose from receiving an email in your inbox, an alert in your notification center, or real-time alert via the sales extension when an existing contact visits your website

Step 3:

You can also update your contact specifications by selecting the radio button next to the leads you want to track.

    • Contacts you can view: select this option to send yourself contact revisit alert notifications for contacts you can view in your account.
    • Contacts you own: select this option to send yourself contact revisit alert notifications only for the contacts that are assigned to you.

Don't forget, you can also do this for specific companies too!
