Do you find that your HubSpot portal is full of lists that are no longer in use? Here is an easy hack to keep on top of them using a custom list property
HubSpot have recently released a new product update 'Custom Properties and a Description field for Lists' which enables HubSpot Super Admins to create and manage Lists custom properties.
Here is how to use this update to keep on top of your lists database.
Step 1:
Create a custom list property called ' Sunset date'.
Set this as a date picker field type with a rule that the value has to be in the future:
Step 2:
Customise the 'Create list' form to include your new 'Sunset date' property and make it a required field
Step 3:
Create a list view with the filter 'Sunset date' is more than 1 day ago
Step 4:
Assign your HubSpot Admin (or the relevant person) a recurring task to review and delete the lists in this list view periodically.
