My role is to provide the organisational backbone for two of our Principal Consultants, ensuring they have the headspace and time required to solve our clients' most complex strategic challenges.

Day-to-day, this involves managing the intricate logistics that keep projects on track. From navigating complex scheduling across global time zones to acting as a proactive point of contact for clients, I focus on removing friction. By streamlining communications and overseeing administrative workflows, I ensure that no detail is missed.

At BabelQuest, we value transparency and accountability, and I apply these principles to protect the consultants' "deep work" blocks. Whether it’s coordinating diaries across the team or refining internal processes, my objective is to maintain the "calm in the storm," allowing our experts to remain fully present and focused on driving client success.
