Damian Knapp

HubSpot Platform Consultant at BabelQuest

I’ve spent more than a decade working with CRM, marketing, sales and business systems, and over the last 5 years HubSpot has become a large part of my life. I’m at my happiest when I’m figuring out what people are actually trying to achieve, and turning that into something practical that makes their lives easier. That’s taken me from hands-on CRM management and automation through to large-scale transformation, integrations, governance and helping businesses get much more value from HubSpot. I was also lucky enough to be part of HubSpot’s 2025 Customer Advisory Board, which gave me the chance to contribute directly to conversations about the future of the platform. 

Outside of work I'm usually getting stuck into something different - I’m a dad first and foremost, a live-action roleplayer second, essentially a gamer at heart who loves boardgames as much as computer games (survival crafters and RPGs are my jam) and my latest passion is Brazillian JiuJitsu

About my role

As a HubSpot Platform Consultant at BabelQuest, I turn complex business goals into seamless digital operations within HubSpot. My day-to-day involves mapping out custom platform architectures, migrating tricky legacy data, and automating sales, marketing, and service workflows to eliminate team friction. I act as equal parts system architect, strategist, and platform translator, helping client teams move past manual workarounds so they can actually enjoy using their CRM and see measurable growth
