Business Development Manager
If you’re asking, “is this job for me?” then you’ve got the top skill we’re after: curiosity.
As a BabelQuest Business Development Manager, you’ll sell what we think is the most exciting software on the planet.
You’ll speak to CEOs, business owners, sales or marketing managers and tech experts. You’ll ask questions and hear about their goals. Then, as a team, we’ll help their businesses grow.
Work you’ll be proud of
You’ll join an Elite HubSpot partner, so you’ll work with the world’s top experts in the software. This role is a chance to learn, grow and build your career.
You’ll work hard – but we’ll be right behind you. At BabelQuest, selling is a team effort. At the end of the day, you’ll watch companies achieve what they never imagined possible. And there’s no feeling quite like that.
This job’s for you, if you:
Can spark a conversation with anyone, and listen. Really listen. To help our clients, you’ll understand what they do, what they’re battling with and where they want to go.
If you’ve got a spring-loaded elbow and enjoy picking up the phone, you’ll thrive. You’ll work with our marketing and delivery teams, exploring how everything we do is connected.
You’ll be free to work your way
Work flexible hours at home and at the office. You’ll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you’ll get a month-long, paid sabbatical.
Salary: Competitive
