How to Use the Feature:

Navigate to Settings: Go to the "Settings" menu in your HubSpot portal.

Select Users & Teams: From the sidebar, click on "Users & Teams."

Search for the User: Find the user whose references you want to update and click on their profile.

Review Records & Assets: Scroll down to the "Review user's records and assets" section.

Find Workflow Configurations: Locate the "Workflow configurations" row and click on the "View all" button.

Access the Find and Replace Tool: This will take you to a screen showing all the workflows where the user is referenced. On the right-hand side, you'll see the "Find and replace users" pane.

Choose the Replacement User: In the "Replace with" dropdown menu, select the user who should take over the responsibilities.

Review the Results: The tool will list all the specific actions within workflows that will be updated (e.g., "Create record," "Send internal email notification").

Apply the Changes: Click the "Replace" button to finalize the process.
