To create your own:
1) Work out what key things you'd like to appear on your dashboard
2) Build it out, using a mix of
- Text
- External content
- Saved reports
- Custom reports
3) Set the homepage as your default dashboard. Dashboard > Actions > "Set as default"
4) Set dashboards as your homepage. Profile and Preferences > General > Defaults
