In this Hack video I'll show you how to create a visual representation of deal health
The pipelines view is a great way to easily view which deals are in which stages, but I wanted to take this a step further and find a way to show at-a-glance which deals are 'healthy' and which deals need attention using something we're all familiar with - emojis!
The criteria I used to asses health centres around close date - but it could be any other factor like number of associated contacts, or time since last activity.
