The good news is that Breeze Intelligence, as of December 2024, allows you to laser-focus your Intelligence Enrichment, ensuring that you're only gathering crucial insights for the right contacts at the right time. This targeted approach not only saves you time and money but also improves data accuracy and empowers your sales team to close deals faster.
How to get started:
Before starting, make sure you turn the access to workflows on under your data enrichment settings.
And we would advise turning off automatic enrichment in order to best use this workflow strategically. This will mean contacts coming in won't automatically be enriched, but when they hit MQL or above they will be.
- Navigate to Automation and click Workflows
- Click Create Workflow and select From Scratch > Choose Contact-based as the workflow type
- Under Trigger, select When Filter Criteria is Met. In the filter criteria, choose Lifecycle Stage and specify the stage you want to trigger enrichment (e.g., MQL, SQL, Opportunity).
You can add multiple lifecycle stages. This allows you to target different stages with different enrichment actions if needed. - Click + Add an Action and select Breeze Intelligence Enrichment.
- Choose your Enrichment Preferences:
- Overwrite existing data: Select this if you want the enrichment tool to replace any existing information.
- Don't overwrite: Choose this to preserve existing data and only fill in missing information.
- For easier tracking and targeted follow-up, add another action: Add to Static List. Create a new static list (e.g., "Enriched MQLs") or select an existing one. This helps you segment and analyse your enriched contacts for future campaigns.
- Once you've configured your workflow, save it and activate it. Breeze will now automatically enrich contacts that meet your specified lifecycle stage criteria.
By building this workflow you can apply Breeze Intelligence Enrichment more strategically, so you can ensure your sales team has the most up-to-date information whilst saving money.
