How to use HubSpot's Remix tool

Stuck in a content rut? Don't let your valuable content gather dust! HubSpot's new Content Remix tool is your helper for maximising the reach and impact of your existing work.

Here's a step-by-step guide to get started:

Step 1: Access the Content Remix Tool

Navigate to Content in your HubSpot sidebar, then scroll down and click on Remix.

Step 2: Choose Your Source Content

You have two options:

  • Repurpose Existing Content: Click Start Remix and select the content you want to breathe new life into. You can choose from blog posts, website pages, or landing pages.
  • Start Fresh: If you have a new concept in mind, simply click Add Content and paste your text directly into the remix tool.

Step 3: Select Your Target Format(s)

Now, tell the tool what kind of content you want to create. Click the plus icon and choose from a variety of options:

  • Image
  • Social Post (perfect for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Blog Post
  • SMS
  • Landing Page
  • Email (plain text or HTML)
  • Audio File 

Step 4: Tailor Your Content (Optional)

Depending on the content type you selected, you can further customise your remix. For example, if you chose a social post:

  • Pick the specific social media platform you want to target (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Enter your desired objective for the post (e.g., drive website traffic).

Step 5: Generate and Review

Click Generate to see your transformed content appear. Review it and make any necessary tweaks.

Step 6: Save and Explore

Click Save to store your remixed content. You can also access it later by clicking View All Content on the right side of the screen. Here, you'll see both your active and deleted remixes.
