HubSpot Tools: How to Use Custom Fonts to Ensure Consistency

 Customising fonts in HubSpot is now available as of May 2024. But why does it matter? By integrating custom fonts into your HubSpot pages, blog posts, knowledge base articles, and CTAs, you ensure that each interaction embodies your brand’s unique identity. This not only improves visual appeal but also enhances customer recognition and engagement.

Keep reading for a step-by-step guide on how to implement custom fonts across different areas of HubSpot.

1. Set up

  1. Log in to your HubSpot account and click on the settings cog icon.
  2. Navigate to Account Defaults > Branding > My Brand Kit.
  3. Select Theme and Primary Font and choose Browse Google Fonts or Upload Custom Font.

2. On blog posts:

  1. Navigate to a blog post and click on Edit.
  2. Go to the Theme section > Click fonts
  3. Browse Google Fonts or manage custom fonts.
  4. Your uploaded custom fonts will be accessible here.

2. On knowledge-base articles 

    • Click Content > knowledge base
    • Click Customise Template at the top
    • On the left hand side click Design and go down to Font Styles and you'll see the same options there
    • Select your custom font to use across knowledge documents

3. Using Custom Fonts on CTAs

  1. Click Marketing > CTAs
  2. Click on a specific CTA or create from scratch
  3. Go to the Design Tab on the left hand side and scroll down to expand Styles
  4. Choose your custom font from the available options.
