What You’ll Achieve

Step 1: Use Prospecting Workspace as Your Daily Hub

Navigate to:

  • Workspaces → Prospecting

Configure the workspace:

  • Ensure visibility of:

    • Tasks

    • Leads

    • Activity feed

    • Calendar

Best Practice

  • Reps should start and end their day here

  • Avoid switching between Contacts, Deals, and Tasks


Step 2: Automatically Create Tasks from Key Activities

You will create workflows to generate tasks from:

  • Form submissions

  • Email replies

  • Deal stage changes


Step 3: Create Task Workflow for Email Replies

Navigate to:

  • Automation → Workflows

  • Click Create workflow → From scratch

  • Select Contact-based

Add Task Creation Action

Action: Create task

- Assign to: Contact owner

Create task:

Step 5: Create Task Workflow for Deal Stage Changes

Create Saved Task Views

Navigate to:

  • CRM → Tasks

Create filters:

High Priority Tasks

  • Priority = High

High-Value Leads

  • Contact lead score > [your threshold]

Stale Leads

  • Last activity date > 7 days ago

  • Open Prospecting Workspace

  • Work through:
