Hi, I’m Carrie and I am an onboarding and support specialist at BabelQuest.
I have enjoyed a long and varied work history to date with roles predominantly in business development and sales but also in account management and customer services, which I believe gives me a perfect blend of experience to bring to this new role.
What’s the role?
The onboarding and support specialist role is all about ensuring that our clients' portals are set up for success and helping businesses to get the most out of their HubSpot portal so that they can grow.
I sit on the Expert Practices team but work closely with all teams across the business. Everyone seems to have amazing skills in their respective roles and I am very much in awe of them.
What am I looking forward to?
I was a HubSpot user before I joined BabelQuest so I am really excited to have the opportunity to work with an Elite HubSpot partner where I’ll have even more opportunity to hone my HubSpot skills.
I am also really looking forward to learning from my new colleagues who are all just brilliant. I am really enjoying the freedom of a truly flexible working policy and love that when I need my energy tank topped up I can just pop along to the office or jump on a call with colleagues.
Outside of work, I like...
I talk a lot, and I enjoy spending time socialising in the company of fab people. I also have a great family and wonderful friends. My children are both in their 20s and still living at home and as a family we love to spend time outdoors, on or in the water, or amongst the hills and mountains. Their skills and fitness definitely surpass mine so I am not sure how much longer they will still want me to tag along.
When I am not trying to keep up with my children, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three spaniels in our caravan when we take things a little slower but still love being outdoors.
