We've built a lot of lead scoring solutions for many different types of businesses - the best ones are those that use more than just the score of the contact's behaviour, but also look at right company fit. If you're lucky enough to have a regular stream of leads coming through from Marketing, you would find it useful to have the ability to automatically prioritise them. From the marketing perspective, you would find it useful to see at-a-glance the proportion of leads that have been accepted or rejected by sales and the reasons why.
