Here I'll show you the reports I created in HubSpot to build a sales rep accountability dashboard for the whole sales team
If you are responsible for managing a sales team and you're on a sales team and want to be able to quickly see where you are against your expected activities, this one could be for you! In this example I use:
- Conversion rate from MQL
- Task completion
- Task breakdown - calls, emails, etc.
- Push rate (close rates being pushed out)
- Average deal size
- Deal velocity - how quickly a deal closes
- Weighted forecast
