Whichever CRM you use, you will need to put steps in place to keep it clean. If you're using HubSpot, they've made this really easy with the ability to automatically delete contacts via a workflow. Here is how to do this and add in a review step (note: you'll have to opt-in to the feature which is current in beta by navigating to Product updates from the account drop down menu, then Early Access > Betas)
