How to master your marketing with the new HubSpot Marketing Studio!
We're diving into the brand new HubSpot Marketing Studio, a reimagining of what's possible within Marketing Hub. This isn't just a small tweak; it's designed to help you create and manage campaigns in a more cohesive and intuitive way.
What is Marketing Studio?
The Marketing Studio beta replaces the old "Campaigns" section in HubSpot and is your new hub for planning, visualising, and collaborating on your AI-powered campaigns. Watch the video below for an expert deep dive into this exciting new update!
Key Features and Why It's a Game-Changer:
- AI-Powered Campaign Generation: Imagine generating an entire campaign based on a simple prompt! The Marketing Studio introduces a "Help Me Prompt" feature that can suggest campaign goals and target audiences, and then automatically generate assets like forms, marketing emails, blog posts, and landing pages. This is particularly exciting for those who aren't traditional marketers, making campaign creation significantly easier.
- Cohesive Campaign View: Instead of building assets piecemeal and stitching them together, the Marketing Studio keeps everything in one place. You can view your campaign brief, all generated and scheduled assets, and track their progress.
- Visual Tracking with Kanban Board: Get a clear overview of your campaign's lifecycle with a fabulous Kanban board. Scheduled items automatically move to "published" once live, and you can easily archive completed campaigns, helping you track what's happening at a glance.
- Flexibility and Customisation: While it generates assets automatically, you can still create campaigns from scratch, use existing templates, and fine-tune any AI-generated content in the editor. You can also easily add more assets, like social posts, directly from within the Studio.
To start exploring this powerful new feature, remember you'll need to opt into the Marketing Studio beta within your HubSpot portal. As noted in the video, getting good at prompting is crucial to leverage the AI effectively. This tool promises to save marketers significant time and effort, making campaign management a much nicer experience.
