Steps:

  1. Navigate to Data Quality: In HubSpot, go to your Contacts, Companies, or any other object where you want to monitor data. Click on "Data Quality."
  2. Access Data Monitoring: Select "Data Monitoring" from the options.
  3. Set Up a Monitor: Click "Create Monitor."
  4. Define Criteria: Choose the object and property you want to monitor (e.g., "Deal" and "Deal Amount"). Select the condition you want to track (e.g., "is not associated," "is missing").
  5. Configure Notifications (Optional): Set up email notifications to alert you when data anomalies are detected.
  6. Review and Activate: Review your monitor settings and activate it.
