HubSpot CRM: How to utilise the 'Use-in' function in HubSpot lists

Lists are great for bringing together a specific group of contacts in your CRM, but putting them to good use so they aren't just left in the CRM is key and the Use-in function does just that.

Whether you are a marketer, a CRM guru, or part of the sales team you will have no doubt spent a lot of time creating lists for various reasons, whether it's dealing with subscriptions or segmenting your leads.

Once you have created it, there are a few short cuts you can take to help you take the next steps in your list journey, rather than leaving it in the CRM hub. This hack will show you the next steps on how that 'Use-in' function is going to cut down on time hopping from one place to another.

3. Let's take a trip down memory lane

Want to know where the contacts in your list came from and what actions they took to get where they are now in your CRM? This is a great way if you want to target them a specific way, so you know what will make them click and keep clicking or if they need that final boost to become a customer.
