Prompt of the week:
You can use natural language to get back powerful information, for example:
“I need to create a comprehensive Q4 2025 sales performance report for our executive team meeting tomorrow. I need to see: which sales reps closed the most deals, what our win rate was by industry, average deal cycle time compared to last quarter, and which marketing campaigns generated the highest-value pipeline. Can you build this report for me?”
Which will result in providing you with a great overview of the data points related to your query. (The more specific the query, the more interactive data points Breeze will show)

In this scenario, you can identify in the results the sales reps that are performing the best and the ones that require further support. With the data in your HubSpot instance you can then continue the conversation to analyse and evaluate what are the potential reasons for the difference in performance and propose actionable steps to remedy the situation.
With another follow up prompt, for example:
“This looks great! Can you dig deeper into why our days to close time decreased? I need to understand what changed so we can replicate it in other industries.”
You can also query for a different analysis, and also ask for actionable plan - in the simple format of:
“This looks great! Analyse the main differences between the sales rep with most closed won and the sales rep with the least closed won deals. Focus on the differences in approach, engagement and conversation patterns. Apart from the comparative analysis also create a playbook that can be used by the sales team to improve their results.”
