Hi, I’m Amelia, the Programme Manager here at BabelQuest. I recently joined BabelQuest as a certified Project Manager with over 8 years of experience across a range of industries, including engineering, IT, aviation, and construction. I’ve had the privilege of managing multiple high-stakes, high-profile projects simultaneously, and I thrive on delivering results in even the most complex environments.
What’s my role?
As Programme Manager, I oversee a number of projects, lead major initiatives, and provide guidance and support to our team of consultants. My focus is on ensuring smooth delivery and clear processes across all projects while providing governance and direction to help the team succeed.
What am I looking forward to?
I’m beyond excited to be part of BabelQuest—a company that truly champions innovation and has such a dynamic and passionate team. The energy here is contagious, and I’m looking forward to becoming a part of that whilst helping shape the future of both the projects team and the company itself as we continue to push boundaries and achieve great things together.
Outside of work, I like…
I am a mum of two young boys so when I’m not at work, it’s chaos but family is my top priority. This year, our mission is to explore more, so weekends are spent on mini road trips to find new places. I’m also a big fan of personal projects, and you’ll often find me tinkering with something at home (that probably doesn’t need tinkering with!) or coming up with some bold home improvement idea whilst trying to tap into my creative / adventurous side. My latest projects? Surprising my partner with his own back garden barn pub — because hey, who doesn’t need a dedicated space for spontaneous gatherings?!
