HubSpot data sync was used to configure a two-way sync connecting HubSpot with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
A large technology provider required BabelQuest to bi-directionally sync data between their HubSpot portal and their Microsoft Dynamics 365 account.This was achieved code-free using HubSpot’s data sync tool by using default and custom field mappings, inputting sync rules and fixing any data conflicts.
Syncing data two-ways in real time across the software was necessary to close the loop between marketing and sales, and stop data becoming siloed. The data sync integration allowed the client to maintain consistent data across two platforms, aligning their internal teams and streamlining sales processes.
