About my role
As a Business Development Executive at BabelQuest, my primary role is to act as a strategic filter and guide for businesses exploring the HubSpot ecosystem. Rather than delivering a standard sales pitch, I focus on a deep-dive discovery of your specific operational challenges and long-term growth goals to determine if HubSpot is a genuine catalyst for your success. I specialise in navigating the uncertainty phase of the adoption, providing a transparent assessment of whether the platform aligns with your business. If a clear synergy exists and you are happy, I will help facilitate a seamless transition to the right technical specialists on our team, ensuring that every step we take moves your business forward.
- Running discovery calls: To understand what clients are looking for
- Social Selling: Engaging with prospects on LinkedIn by sharing relevant content or commenting on industry news
- Account Mapping: Researching target organisations to identify key decision makers
- Qualification calls: Identify certain areas and understand the pain points
- CRM Management: Diligently updating the CRM
- Cold Outreach: Executing personalised email sequences and making targeted discovery calls
- Networking: Attending industry events, webinars, and trade shows
