Marek Ertinger

Technical Consultant at BabelQuest

My previous experience is all over the IT landscape, from Enterprise Architecture to Software Development, all the way to research and development of Deep Learning and Computer Vision models in the field of Artificial Intelligence. I had the pleasure of working for companies such as Atos, Oracle, EU and had the privilege of having clients ranging from charities in central London to Healthcare departments in the UK and in central Europe.

About my role

As a Technical consultant, my job is to understand clients' complex environments and their data landscape. This helps me shape the strategy required for their wider digital transformation goals as well as for their data integration and migration needs.

My tasks can vary from week to week, but most of them revolve around the following:

  • Delivering systems audit services for customers
  • Working on the internal technology landscape and planning our strategy
  • Evaluating current data flows and the technological landscape of our clients' environments
  • Providing Digital Transformation consultancy services to our clients
  • Running workshops to map out the data models of the clients and  discover their data integration and migration requirements
  • Perform a current state assessment of the client's tech stack
  • Deliver GAP analysis for the strategy for the customers so they can reach their Target state - to achieve their vision
  • Developing strategies for the integration of AI features available in HubSpot and of 3rd party solutions
  • Leading the implementation of custom integration solutions

What I love about BabelQuest

It is hard to contain my love for BabelQuest in a few simple paragraphs.

No day is the same at BabelQuest. I don’t think I have ever worked in an environment where each professional is genuinely passionate about the clients and their success, as well as about HubSpot and the technological features it provides. 

Every day there is a new challenge, which makes each day a new opportunity to learn and grow. The variety of technologies I work with and have to continuously learn about keeps me and my mind in sharp.

The morning internal calls are full of laughter and positive energy, as well as useful insights and a genuine family atmosphere. Not to mention the musical talents in the office that always make me smile.

There are plenty of events and occasions to get to know the people I work with, which makes the company all the more personal. 

Every person who works for BabelQuest is a personality and a character of their own, and that is good. It shows that the company leadership team cares about the company culture, not just on paper as many do, but with action and daily commitment.
