Since 2018, I’ve navigated the HubSpot ecosystem from nearly every angle. My journey began in the trenches of Sales, transitioned through the creative complexities of Marketing, and eventually led me to my true home in Platform Administration and Operations. This "full-circle" experience allows me to bridge the gap between departmental silos, ensuring that your HubSpot portal serves the actual needs of the people using it every day.
I am particularly driven by the puzzle of data automation and analysis. I don’t just look at the "what", I delve into the "why." My goal is to transform messy data into a clear narrative: why a specific action leads to a result, and how we can automate that success.

About my role
As a Platform Consultant, I translate business goals into scalable technical solutions. My role is to bridge the gap between departmental silos by architecting a HubSpot portal that serves as a single source of truth. I focus on untangling complex processes and building the automation and reporting frameworks necessary for teams to work efficiently and grow sustainably.
Typical day-to-day tasks include:
- Process Mapping & Architecture: Designing end-to-end frameworks that align the customer journey across Sales, Marketing, and Service hubs.
- Data Automation & Workflow Design: Building advanced automation to eliminate manual data entry, manage lead routing, and ensure internal notifications reach the right people at the right time.
- Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Developing custom dashboards that answer critical business questions, moving beyond vanity metrics to track true ROI and attribution.
- Portal Audits & Health Checks: Identifying technical issues and data inconsistencies within existing portals and creating prioritised roadmaps for optimisation.
- Integration Management: Ensuring clean data flow between HubSpot and external tools, focusing on maintaining a single source of truth for the organisation.
- Strategic Training & Enablement: Conducting deep-dive sessions to empower Admins and Power Users to manage their portals with confidence and precision.

What I love about BabelQuest
My relationship with BabelQuest actually began as a client. While working for an education organisation, I experienced firsthand the knowledge that the team brings to the table and the impact their expertise has on a growing business.
