Client Engagement Manager at BabelQuest

Hi! I’m Rich, and I’ve recently joined BabelQuest as a Client Relationship Manager. Over the past 5 years, I've worked in Customer Experience and Success roles, Enterprise Account Management, and most recently, leading the Customer Success function at Birkdale. 

I’ve spent the last few years immersed in the world of HubSpot and CRM, utilising HubSpot to build better processes, foster stronger relationships, and create smoother customer experiences. I have always had a passion for building relationships, and I’m really looking forward to getting to know our clients, understanding what you’re trying to achieve, and helping you get the most value from your HubSpot journey with us.

As a Client Engagement Manager at BabelQuest, my role involves staying closely connected with our clients and ensuring they receive support throughout their entire journey with us. I’m here to understand your goals, identify opportunities to help you get more from HubSpot, and ensure the work we deliver continues to move your business forward. Think of me as your ongoing partner inside BabelQuest - someone who keeps everything aligned, communicates openly, and works with our team to make sure you’re getting real value, not just from your CRM, but from the relationship as a whole.
