Hi, I’m Shalini, the resident Tech Nerd. I am someone who loves figuring out how to make processes simpler and smarter. Over the past few years I’ve worked with all sorts of businesses, helping them set up HubSpot in a way that actually makes sense for their teams, whether that’s building automations, tidying up data, or just making sure people feel confident using the platform.
What I enjoy most is my mapping side: taking a messy process, poking holes in it and finding solutions that feel simple, easy and scalable. When I’m not buried in workflows, you’ll probably find me gaming, exploring new food spots, or catching up with friends.
About my role
Every day in my role looks a little different, but the common thread is helping businesses get the most out of HubSpot. Sometimes that means mapping out complex processes and turning them into scalable solutions, and other times it’s about guiding teams on how to align their sales, marketing, and operations within the platform. I enjoy being able to switch between strategic planning and hands-on problem solving, always with the goal of making HubSpot work harder and smarter for clients.
Some of the things I work on include:
- Designing and implementing processes in HubSpot that align with wider business goals.
- Auditing portals and creating action plans to improve efficiency and adoption.
- Building workflows and automation to reduce manual tasks and increase consistency.
- Developing reporting frameworks that give leadership visibility into performance.
- Supporting teams with HubSpot best practices to improve adoption and confidence.
- Running customer journey mapping workshops to uncover pain points and opportunities.

What I love about BabelQuest
What I love most about working at BabelQuest is the culture and the people. I feel constantly supported, but also encouraged to step out of my comfort zone and try new things.
