Resource Manager

You'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating our team's capacity and project assignments across complex HubSpot CRM implementations, large website builds and marketing campaign projects. You'll ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

You'll know people's strengths. You'll ask questions that matter. You'll identify and solve resource conflicts before they become problems, so we can deliver on time and to budget.

You'll work as a specialist for one of only a handful of global Elite HubSpot partners.

Have experience in resource or capacity planning, ideally in an agency or professional services environment.

You'll be free to work your way
Work flexible hours at home and at the office. You'll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing. After five years, you'll get a month-long, paid sabbatical.
