BabelQuest is looking for a Marketing Manager to act as the bridge between creative strategy and technical execution. Architect the content strategy
Drive growth by turning technical expertise into a strategic content engine. You’ll lead our "multiplier effect" strategy, slicing pillar assets into high-impact social snippets, video and more - all underpinned by AEO. Partnering with our RevOps consultants, you’ll craft the authoritative white papers and case studies that define our market standing. By blending AI efficiency with human-led precision, you’ll scale our output while ensuring our voice remains unmistakably authentic.
Orchestrate powerful events
You’ll be the architect of our event strategy, delivering polished, high-value experiences across online and in-person events. From venue sourcing to hosting and post-event nurturing, you'll own the end-to-end logistics with a focus on the "wow" factor. By blending seamless execution with immersive storytelling, you’ll ensure every touchpoint drives real engagement and stands out in the B2B landscape.
Showcase HubSpot excellence
You won’t just talk about HubSpot excellence; you’ll embody it through technical execution. As our Marketing Hub power user, you’ll build, execute, and track campaigns while seamlessly integrating other Hubs to maximise platform impact. From managing complex segmentation and GDPR compliance to proving ROI through sharp reporting on MQLs and attribution, you’ll ensure every content and event investment delivers measurable, data-driven results.
Align and collaborate
You’ll act as the bridge between marketing and the wider business, ensuring sales and service teams are equipped to win audience trust. By aligning campaign output with sales objectives, you’ll transform engagement into high-quality leads that the team is eager to pursue. Beyond internal alignment, you’ll scout out partners for marketing collaborations which can expand our reach across the HubSpot ecosystem.

You possess an innate curiosity that matches the rapid evolution of the marketing landscape. As a talented copywriter and content strategist, you understand how to tell a story that sticks. Beyond digital content, you bring a hands-on approach to managing immersive events that drive real engagement. Joining a top-tier HubSpot partner excites you because you’ll finally have the advanced technology and resources to execute your best work.
- The strategist: You have 4+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record of hitting lead and revenue targets.
- Storyteller: You possess a journalistic mindset and a flair for writing copy that truly engages an audience.
- HubSpot expert: You are an expert in Marketing and Content Hubs and have a strong understanding of the rest of the platform; professional certifications are highly preferred.
- Commercial & analytical: You care more about "Revenue Generated" than "Likes," and you can explain the story behind the data to the leadership team.
- Tech-forward: You have the curiosity to keep pace with rapid marketing evolution and understand how (and when) to use AI across marketing activities.

Work flexible hours at home and at the office. You’ll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing.
