A bit about me
I’m Carrie, I joined the amazing BabelQuest team in August 2022 and I am so pleased that I did. I’m an Onboarding and Support Specialist, and a HubSpot Success Manager working within the Success Team.
My career has always been focussed around sales and business development, account management and customer service. My work at BabelQuest draws on all these skills, and other experiences, that I have gained throughout my professional and personal life.
I love people, I love helping people and I love to work collaboratively or in a team, so what could be better than what I do here at BabelQuest?

About my role
In my role, each day, week and month is different, but the focus is always the same; which is to help teams get the most out of HubSpot.
- Guiding teams through their onboarding project, often their first journey with HubSpot, to ensure that they have a solid foundation on which to build their HubSpot platform upon.
- Managing our clients Support contracts and helping them solve their concerns via our teams of experts.
- Liaising with the Customer Success Managers at HubSpot to offer solutions to enable them to get their client the best out of their portals.

What I love about BabelQuest
I love most that BabelQuest is a company that puts clients and the team in equal importance, and ahead of anything else.
I saw a social media post and decided that this was a company that I wanted to join. The focus of the post was very much on team cohesion - and I haven’t been disappointed. The culture at BabelQuest is fantastic! Each team member is given the freedom to work in a way that suits them best, and we are given the time and tools necessary to learn and enhance our skills, to enable us to be experts, and the best in our respective fields.
As a result, BabelQuest has a great team of HubSpot and industry experts, all of whom are excited to share their knowledge and help others. It’s incredibly inspiring to be a part of, and when you have a great team around you, all of whom are focused on helping each other do a great job for the client, it makes it easy to love what you do!
