The primary purpose of this role is owning the direction and delivery of our 'agency-style' services. To develop the strategies and execution of the Inbound Services and Content Marketing activities, including inbound campaigns, content marketing, creative, lead generation, traffic generation and paid.
Why 'agency-style'? We're now no longer an agency, but a 'HubSpot Solutions Provider' and as such, we've split our services into Delivery (agency-style services) and Expert Practices (Technical Implementation and Consultancy). The Delivery Team is the largest team and this role is to take our Inbound Services to the next level!
You'll be accountable for the retention, growth and goals of every client that the agency services team serve. Working closely with the Head of Revenue, Client Experience Manager and Operations Manager to ensure we are focused on delivering ROI to the clients and support the financial goals of the business.
You'll be responsible for the personal development of the team, achieving the Client’s goals, the quality of the Inbound Strategy Plans and deliverables produced and so ensure that every client’s expectations are exceeded.
