We are looking for a bold, enthusiastic, creative and persuasive individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager.

As a Marketing Manager for BabelQuest, you’ll work within our revenue team to create and implement marketing strategies that deliver on business and campaign goals. You’ll be the BabelQuest champion, being excited and proud to represent our brand. You'll develop our brand consistently across all channels and generate lead generation campaigns that help our sales teams connect with active prospects looking to engage with our services.

What you'll do:

  • Work with the BabelQuest board and senior team on the Marketing Strategy
  • Be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for BabelQuest
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Gather market data identifying trends within the marketing industry, changes in client
    buying behaviour, competitor information, to ensure we remain at the top of our game.
  • Act as a BabelQuest Brand Ambassador for our services by representing us in online
    communities, social media, industry events, webinars, speaking engagements, etc.
  • Create and manage an Events Calendar whose aim is to generate leads and raising
    awareness of the BabelQuest brand in the marketplace
  • Responsible for the annual inbound marketing plan which will detail what campaigns
    will be run, what content will we need, how will it be distributed and the performance and ROI
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with leads that meet the qualifying
    criteria, providing them with sufficient information to start an engaging conversation
    with the prospect.
  • Test, measure and optimise all of our marketing efforts to ensure that we are
    generating marketing leads that close
  • Working closely with all internal client delivery teams to use their expertise and ensure there is a
    joined up approached to Marketing BabelQuest.
  • Deeply understand the customer and create demand generation tactics that will reach,
    resonate and influence them to convert
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for co-marketing
  • Continuous Professional Development both within the marketing arena and HubSpot to
    ensure that you are up to date with best practice and knowledgeable and identifying
    areas for improvement for us as a business.
  • Monthly reporting on agreed marketing metrics

Who you are:

  • You are excited (if not a little bit terrified) about working within in a business with our Values
  • Strong communication skills, ability to influence across all levels of an organisation
  • Proficient in creating content for all online platforms
  • 5+ year experience within Marketing and demonstrate an understanding of the marketing technology landscape
  • HubSpot, Inbound Marketing and Agency experience desirable
  • Process-driven and capable of using data to make decisions
  • Enjoy working at a fast pace, capable of turning around edits quickly and being reactive as required

This is an easy one for me. The best thing about BabelQuest’s culture is the team’s open-mindedness.
