measured happiness of the client delivery team. Essentially, we’re not looking for someone with an
ego; you will be right for this role and our agency if you want what is best for our people and our
agency, which will mean it will also be best for our customers.
To land this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate your success within operations and project
management. Ideally, you will have agency experience, managing the operational side of a business
operating in digital marketing. If not, then you’ll need to have a track record of successfully
managing business improvement initiatives and operating in a high-growth and data analytics
