You will be responsible for new-client acquisition efforts within BabelQuest, specifically helping BabelQuest bring on between 2 - 3 new clients each month. To be executing our defined sales process from beginning to end. Working closely with our Business Development Executive, who is responsible for qualifying and sourcing leads and internal teams who will help scope the services we will deliver in order to meet their goals.
You will be accountable for taking prospects through our consultative sales process, which involves discovery, analysis, recommendations, answering questions, presenting and closing.
This is a high-profile role with lots of scope for personal development and growth. You will have access to some of the best sales tools and training in the world, and be a leading member of a team that transforms our client’s businesses.
We offer a competitive base salary dependent on experience, in addition to excellent benefits including flexible working. We don’t operate a commission model, instead, you will have annual salary reviews to ensure your value to the business is recognised.
