Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m excited to join the BabelQuest team as a copywriter.
After enjoying a lovely maternity leave, prefaced by years of freelance and other agency experience, I’m ready to jump back into delivering tailored content that highlights our clients’ key qualities. My experience in both UK and American markets empowers me to write to a variety of audiences, and I’m looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned with my clients.
What’s the role?
I’m going to deep-dive into everything about my client, including history, voice, branding, and goals. Once we’re fully aligned, I’ll deliver content that informs and delights readers about the company. This includes articles, blogs, blurbs -- you name it.
What am I looking forward to?
I’m so excited to get to know my clients; it’s one of my favourite parts of my job. That said, writing is my passion. I love getting into readers’ heads (ask me about my MA cognitive linguistics thesis if you want to see my nerdy side) and helping them discover solutions to their needs.
Outside of work, I like...
Learning! I’m currently on a bit of a coffee-research binge (I think I was a barista in another life), though I’ve been known to devour books on everything from quantum physics to Victorian history. I also write speculative fiction, and one day hope to see one of my novels on a bookstore shelf.
