We’ll start by listening and asking questions
The strategy planning workshops will allow us to get to know each other, help us understand your business and set expectations.

Your 90-day action plan
We’ll turn words into action.
The action plan is part of the wider inbound plan. It turns strategy into everyday activities and includes things like a draft content calendar and a detailed list of the things you’ll need to do. It will suggest deadlines to keep you on track.
We’ll also:
- define your goals
- create your strategy planner (a central hub of information and tasks)
- pick the right KPIs so you can track progress and measure return on investment.
By goals we mean SMART goals: specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely.
All aboard
To keep working together, we’ll need to make sure your HubSpot portal is set up to deliver your inbound marketing plan.
We’ll help you migrate data and contacts, and we’ll plug HubSpot into any software you rely on. If we need to add tools, like a CRM, we’ll take care of it.
If you’re already using HubSpot
We’ll do an audit and check that everything’s in order. If we spot quick wins, we’ll flag them. Sometimes, a tiny tweak can transform your whole business.

We’ll guide you through the set up. We can train your team and show them how to level up their HubSpot skills.
