5 Places To Go for Help during HubSpot’s Global Week of Rest

HubSpot employees have been given a week off, but there are still places you can go to for help. Here are five ways to find the HubSpot support you need.

The last 18 months have been challenging for everyone. We’ve all been thrown into new situations and working arrangements, and that’s alongside all of the other global changes we’ve had to contend with.

To give their employees a break after such a long spell of sustained pressure, HubSpot’s implementing a Global Week of Rest as part of the HubSpot Unplugged initiative.

For HubSpot staff around the world, this means they’re getting a week off (from 5th July - 9th July 2021) to recharge their batteries and come back refreshed and ready to go again. What this means for you is that you may need to look elsewhere for HubSpot assistance.

During this time, HubSpot will be running on reduced support levels. All live support via phone and chat is going to be unavailable, but you can still send email requests — you just might not receive an instant response. So where else can you turn for HubSpot support?

1. HubSpot Knowledge Base

HubSpot has a wealth of information in its Knowledge Base. From in-depth articles to step-by-step instructions, there are lots of practical resources to help you out at a moment’s notice.

2. A HubSpot Partner’s resources

Another way to get your questions answered is to put them to the HubSpot community.
