HubSpot employees have been given a week off, but there are still places you can go to for help. Here are five ways to find the HubSpot support you need.
To give their employees a break, HubSpot has implemented an annual Global Week of Rest as part of the HubSpot Unplugged initiative.
For HubSpot staff around the world, this means they’re getting a week off to recharge their batteries and come back refreshed and ready to go again. What this means for you is that just for a week, you may need to look elsewhere for HubSpot assistance.
During this time, HubSpot will be running on reduced support levels. All live support via phone and chat is going to be unavailable, but you can still send email requests — you just might not receive an instant response.
So where else can you turn for HubSpot support?
1. HubSpot Knowledge Base
HubSpot has a wealth of information in its Knowledge Base. From in-depth articles to step-by-step instructions, there are lots of practical resources to help you out at a moment’s notice.

2. A HubSpot Partner’s resources
