Hi, I’m Hannah and I’m a HubSpot CRM platform consultant at BabelQuest.
I developed a curiosity about business in my late teens. My degree in Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Lincoln highlighted my interest in the digital side of business, which motivated me to go on and become BCS Level 3 Digital Marketing and MTA: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals certified. I was introduced to CRM technology through a role I was in in 2018 and my love for HubSpot began.
I’ve spent the past four years implementing HubSpot CRM and inbound methodologies in over 15 businesses across various industries, inclusive of Education, Non-Profit, Telecommunications and Hospitality, to align marketing and sales and boost business retention through improved customer relations.
I am looking forward to bringing my advanced knowledge of HubSpot’s capabilities to the BabelQuest team and our clients!
What's the role?
As a HubSpot CRM platform consultant, I will work with existing and new clients on HubSpot implementation, integration and migration projects.
I will discuss HubSpot platform capabilities along with integration and implementation with my clients, as well as designing a strategy and solution to meet their unique requirements. Exploring how HubSpot technology can be configured and implemented to solve business problems, integrate with other systems, create opportunities for efficiencies, data management, reporting and automation across the CRM platform.

What am I looking forward to?
I’m eager to understand more about the complex business challenges my clients are facing and unlock the full potential of the HubSpot platform to solve them. I am also looking forward to becoming a fully integrated part of the BabelQuest family; thriving in the company culture and developing personally through the shared knowledge and experiences of the team.
Outside of work, I like...
Outside of work I love to be outdoors, reviving my mind on long walks in the countryside or by the coast with my dog. I enjoy reading biographies, my latest read being ‘The Ride of a Lifetime: Lessons Learned from 15 Years As CEO of the Walt Disney Company’ by Robert Iger, next on my list is ‘Will’ by Will Smith.
