Hello, I’m James, I’m BabelQuest’s new Head of Client Delivery
My background is very firmly in content marketing, having worked in client service roles for one of the UK’s most successful content agencies for 12 years. Three of those 12 years were spent in Hong Kong where I set up and ran the Hong Kong office following a pitch-win to produce multi-channel, multi-language content for flag-carrier, Cathay Pacific.
After returning to the UK (to have a baby) I ran a brand-language agency, offering tone of voice and writing services to Global 500 businesses.
I’ve now been invited to join the BabelQuest team as Head of Client Delivery.
What’s the role?
As the Head of Client Delivery, I’ll be leading, managing and supporting BabelQuest’s marketers, strategists and content creators who are responsible for delivering inbound marketing plans for our clients.
My primary focus will be on delivering the best service, thinking and results to make sure our clients stay BabelQuest clients for many years to come.
What am I looking forward to?
I’m looking forward to working in a team of smart people doing smart things with Hubspot for ambitious clients. I’m also looking forward to using my previous agency experience to support the team and make a positive impact on the BabelQuest business.
Outside of work, I like...
Heavy loud music (the word Grunge makes me cringe). A book before bed, (my current read is How to Build a Car by Adrian Newey), running (yawn) and being Dad to a playful nearly-three old.
